3. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Users must provide accurate information when making reservations.

• Bookings must be made through our official platform.
• A valid phone number or email is required for all reservations.
• Booking confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.
• Users must arrive within the grace period specified for their booking.

4. Payment Terms

Payment must be completed according to the method selected during booking.

• All prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• Payment can be made via bank transfer or other available payment methods.
• Full payment is required to confirm the booking.
• Invoices will be provided upon request.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy.

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the booking time may be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before may incur a cancellation fee.
• No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
